Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uruguay-Montevideo promoted show at Antel Arena, Montevideo,  taking place on 23/03/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a tournament fight from WRBC Middleweight Ranking Tournament 2024.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESPN Latin America, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Albain Moniotte (12(6) - 0) who hails from Toulouse, France and Nicolas Carre(5 - 11 - 2) from Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Carre is looking to close the distance.  Moniotte lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Moniotte ties up his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Carre walks Moniotte down, trapping him on the ropes.  Moniotte lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Moniotte ties up his opponent.  Moniotte is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Moniotte is looking to keep his distance and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS CARRE DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Moniotte is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Moniotte lands a left uppercut, cross and a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS CARRE TO THE CANVAS!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Moniotte!
