Steven Hammill vs Chris Gwynn

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at Gore Gym, Boston,  taking place on 15/03/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Steven Hammill (9 - 6) who hails from Bakersfield, USA and Chris Gwynn(10 - 7(1)) from Miami, USA.  Hammill weighed in at 154 pounds, while Gwynn weighed in at 153 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bart McWethy, and the three ringside judges are Dave Greenan, Charles Keath and Sam Evans.  

Round 1: 

Gwynn walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Gwynn drives a left hook into Hammill's liver.
