Nijat Aslanov vs Bashir Aghababayev

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Inshaatchy Stadium, Sumqayit,  taking place on 18/04/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AZTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nijat Aslanov (16(1) - 0) who hails from Sumqayit, Azerbaijan and Bashir Aghababayev(14 - 1) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Aslanov and Aghababayev weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aghasafa Abdurakhmanov, and the three ringside judges are Samad Farra, Huseinqulu Ismailov and Hafiz Allahverdiev.
