Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Stade de DUC Dakar, Dakar,  taking place on 05/04/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Jay Baston (11(1) - 0) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Franklin Giono(4 - 5 - 2) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Baston and Giono weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Holland Mandiang, and the three ringside judges are Orleans Dabo, Sid Soumah and Acelin Badji.
