Hiroki Matsushima vs Kei Kubota

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kyoto promoted show at Ichiro Tao Gym, Kyoto,  taking place on 15/03/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Kyoto Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hiroki Matsushima (5 - 6 - 2) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Kei Kubota(5 - 4 - 2) from Kyoto, Japan.  Matsushima weighed in at 121 pounds and 11 ounces, while Kubota weighed in at 121 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Naoki Kawasaki, and the three ringside judges are Kenji Fujimoto, Takeo Imada and Kazuhiko Ozawa.
