Leo Gray vs Zain Alharthi

Boxing Daily Report from the AL Promotions promoted show at Inglewood Forum, Los Angeles,  taking place on 26/04/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the WRBC International Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on HBO, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Leo Gray (18(16) - 0) who hails from Brampton, Canada and Zain Alharthi(15(10) - 2(1)) from Dubai, UAE.  Both Gray and Alharthi weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Juarez, and the three ringside judges are John Dickie, Darryl Bruce and Sid Marcial.  

Round 1: 

Gray is on target with a solid cross.

Gray lands a WICKED left uppercut.  ALHARTHI HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 8.  
Alharthi now seems to have his senses back.

Gray forces Alharthi to retreat onto the ropes.  Gray lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES ALHARTHI!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  He holds his fists up but stumbles into the referee! Alharthi doesn't look like he's recovered at all.  The ref seems to thinks so as well...he's signalling that the fight is over!  The winner by TKO is Gray!
