Juuso Kurkinen vs Perttu Varonen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Finland-Uusimaa promoted show at Katajanokka Sports Hall, Helsinki,  taking place on 19/03/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Finland Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Nelonen, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Juuso Kurkinen (10 - 7 - 1) who hails from Vantaa, Finland and Perttu Varonen(13 - 6 - 1) from Vantaa, Finland.  Both Kurkinen and Varonen weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aulis Isokangas, and the three ringside judges are Kaapro Kuusi, Kauko Lehtinen and Valdemar Makela.
