Zach Mbara vs Shontae Methema

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Large City Hall, Bulawayo,  taking place on 31/03/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Zach Mbara (13(2) - 2 - 1(NC)) who hails from Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe and Shontae Methema(7 - 8 - 3) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Mbara weighed in at 159 pounds and 13 ounces, while Methema weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Dumbutshena, and the three ringside judges are Joey Mumbengegwi, Arran Zvirekwi and Leighton Van den Bergh.
