Vincent Bethell vs Rob Loch

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Christchurch Cathey, Christchurch,  taking place on 27/03/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Canterbury Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vincent Bethell (9 - 5 - 3) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Rob Loch(2 - 14 - 2) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Bethell weighed in at 122 pounds, while Loch weighed in at 121 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dave Pera, and the three ringside judges are Tobias Vert, Clint Cattell and Hohepa Marino.

Loch pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a jab.

Loch has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
