Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Christchurch Cathey, Christchurch,  taking place on 28/03/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Canterbury Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tobias Steele (11 - 4 - 1) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Paul Loar(6 - 2 - 1) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Both Steele and Loar weighed in at 135 pounds.
