Xeres Botero vs Bronco Tejeda

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at County Coliseum, El Paso,  taking place on 28/03/2025:

Clearly Rattlesnake Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xeres Botero (10(3) - 0 - 1) who hails from Tegucigalpa, Honduras and Bronco Tejeda(6 - 4 - 2) from Cochabamba, Bolivia.  Both Botero and Tejeda weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Danny Henderson, and the three ringside judges are Euan Bellis, Theo Whitehead and Stuart Ferrera.  

Round 1: 

Botero lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.

Botero is looking to close the distance and lands a stinging left hook.  Botero clinches his opponent.  Botero tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Tejeda behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Botero to stop fouling.

TEJEDA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 9.  Tejeda now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.
