Leonel Rochel vs John Ongoy

Boxing Daily Report from the Poku Promotions promoted show at Cabuyao Taguinod, Cabuyao,  taking place on 29/03/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Leonel Rochel (10 - 4 - 1) who hails from Santa Rosa, Philippines and John Ongoy(13 - 5 - 2) from General Santos, Philippines.  Both Rochel and Ongoy weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xavier Sicat, and the three ringside judges are Luis Lamanilao, Cortez Rosete and Lisandro Silago.
