Hugh Penney vs Richard Lowder

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas,  taking place on 04/04/2025:

Clearly Rattlesnake Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hugh Penney (15 - 0) who hails from Cedar Rapids, USA and Richard Lowder(12 - 3 - 3) from Phoenix, USA.  Penney weighed in at 232 pounds And 3 ounces, while Lowder weighed in at 244 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ellis Slight, and the three ringside judges are Edward Almodovar, George Ramo and Emanuel Pulido.
