Joaquin Covarrubias vs Audric Komgang

Boxing Daily Report from the Mr. Vicious promoted show at RDS Arena, Dublin,  taking place on 18/04/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RET One, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Covarrubias (6 - 3) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Audric Komgang(10 - 2) from Douala, Cameroon.  Both Covarrubias and Komgang weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Thomas McShane, and the three ringside judges are Conor Whalen, Billy Ruane and Eoghan Markey.  

Round 1: 

Covarrubias lands a jab.
