Dominic Shittu vs Thompson Nwokolo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Lagos State promoted show at Lagos Orelesi, Lagos,  taking place on 06/04/2025:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Lagos State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Lagos State Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dominic Shittu (9 - 5 - 1) who hails from Lagos, Nigeria and Thompson Nwokolo(5 - 8 - 4) from Lagos, Nigeria.  Shittu weighed in at 159 pounds and 9 ounces, while Nwokolo weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jay-Jay Bosso, and the three ringside judges are Syed Saba, Bob Ukaegbu and Clinton Babatunde.
