Michi Iwai vs Aki Tanaka

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Tokyo International Forum, Tokyo,  taking place on 07/05/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Michi Iwai (10 - 1) who hails from Higashiosaka, Japan and Aki Tanaka(9 - 1) from Shizuoka, Japan.  Iwai weighed in at 126 pounds, while Tanaka weighed in at 125 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yutaka Hirayama, and the three ringside judges are Satoshi Fuse, Hisoka Enomoto and Kyo Tsutsumi.  

Round 1:
