Ricky Newall vs Uba Rumfa

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Geelong Baseball Centre, Geelong,  taking place on 19/04/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Commonwealth Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ricky Newall (10 - 1) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Uba Rumfa(12 - 5 - 1) from Accra, Ghana.  Both Newall and Rumfa weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Kissick, and the three ringside judges are Gethin Mitchell, Aaron Hadjinyan and Alastair Mun.
