Kazuhiko Date vs Ryuu Inouye

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Tokyo International Forum, Tokyo,  taking place on 03/05/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kazuhiko Date (12(1) - 4(3)) who hails from Takarazuka, Japan and Ryuu Inouye(14(4) - 5(1) - 1) from Nagoya, Japan.  Both Date and Inouye weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Taro Sunada, and the three ringside judges are Hisao Hatanaka, Hideki Ishibashi and Kenji Sera.
