Corey Morse vs Phil Barca

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Geelong Baseball Centre, Geelong,  taking place on 19/04/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Oceania Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Corey Morse (9 - 3(1)) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Phil Barca(8 - 11 - 1) from Sydney, Australia.  Morse weighed in at 153 pounds And 9 ounces, while Barca weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gethin Mitchell, and the three ringside judges are John Kissick, Aaron Hadjinyan and Alastair Mun.
