Roman Mascarenas vs Alejandro Barrera

Boxing Daily Report from the Nabagesera Promotions promoted show at Senon Rodiguez Gym, Mendoza,  taking place on 13/04/2025:

Clearly Nabagesera Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Mendoza Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Roman Mascarenas (3 - 3 - 4) who hails from Mendoza, Argentina and Alejandro Barrera(3 - 8(1) - 1) from Mendoza, Argentina.  Both Mascarenas and Barrera weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Farfan, and the three ringside judges are Jeraldo Games, Onofre Ciervo and Juan Alatorre.  

Round 1: 

Mascarenas is looking to keep his distance.  Mascarenas quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Mascarenas attempts to land a cross, but Barrera blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
