Minura Alekperov vs Malik Allam

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Absheron promoted show at Philharmonic Winter Hall, Baku,  taking place on 15/04/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the West Asian Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Minura Alekperov (12 - 1 - 1) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Malik Allam(13 - 3 - 1) from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  Alekperov weighed in at 107 pounds And 12 ounces, while Allam weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waleed Khokhar, and the three ringside judges are Fazail Babayev, Mehman Dzhafarov and Asgar Aslanov.
