Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Perak promoted show at Ipoh Convention Centre, Ipoh,  taking place on 13/04/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Asian Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Waqas Noori (13 - 0 - 1) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Rahul Purushothaman(13 - 3 - 1) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Both Noori and Purushothaman weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Khalid Rahaim, and the three ringside judges are Jawad Shah, Amer Firman and Syed Habib.
