Boxing Daily Report from the Ekizian Promotions promoted show at Alexandria Ashraf, Alexandria,  taking place on 17/04/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Modern Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Majid Abdel-Shafy (8 - 3 - 1) who hails from Alexandria, Egypt and Amer Ansari(7 - 8(1) - 2) from Cairo, Egypt.  Abdel-Shafy weighed in at 154 pounds, while Ansari weighed in at 153 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ahmed Zaghloul, and the three ringside judges are Bilal Saadauri, Zuffur Haq and Kashif Badour.
