Chris McCracken vs Khalid Sattar

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Empire City Casino, Yonkers,  taking place on 08/05/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris McCracken (11(1) - 0) who hails from Syracuse, USA and Khalid Sattar(9 - 3 - 1) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Both McCracken and Sattar weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Elley, and the three ringside judges are Matthew Renwick, Cristiano Grimaldi and Leighton Tasca.  

Round 1: 

McCracken advances into close range.  Sattar pivots to the side of his opponent.  McCracken throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
McCracken lands a right hook.  
Sattar throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut to Sattar's ribs.

Sattar switches the action to the outside.  McCracken lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
McCracken drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Sattar sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  McCracken is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  McCracken clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Sattar pushes his forearm into McCracken's face.  The referee warns Sattar and breaks the clinch.  As McCracken tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Sattar dabs at his face checking for damage.  
McCracken attempts to land a cross, but Sattar slips the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.

McCracken lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.

McCracken gets on the inside.  Sattar tries to land a left hook, but McCracken sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
McCracken steps inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Sattar on the ropes.  McCracken lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  McCracken clinches his opponent.  Sattar uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on McCracken's kidney. The referee warns Sattar and breaks the clinch.
