Quaashie Acheampong vs Kieran Frimpong

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Azumah Nelson Sports Complex, Accra,  taking place on 28/04/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Quaashie Acheampong (11 - 1) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Kieran Frimpong(14 - 1) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Acheampong and Frimpong weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Akafia, and the three ringside judges are Vashon Asamoah, Sammy Bamfokwakye and Chris Dokuaa.
