Boxing Daily Report from the Mini Promotions promoted show at Port-au-Prince Blier, Port-au-Prince,  taking place on 20/04/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Haiti-Ouest Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTVC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sezni de Brosse (13 - 2 - 3) who hails from Port-au-Prince, Haiti and Pernell Blier(12(1) - 0) from Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  Both de Brosse and Blier weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edmond Jacque, and the three ringside judges are Courvoisier Cotillard, Bassett Cantona and Verdun Garnier.
