Boxing Daily Report from the Kit Henderson promoted show at Montraie Makoto Gym, Kitwe,  taking place on 07/04/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Laken Hachibe (1 - 0) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Sulaiman Dabengwa(2 - 10 - 4) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Hachibe and Dabengwa weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mablevi Machila, and the three ringside judges are Tavon Muyunda, Deion Kalilele and Jasper Munda.  

Round 1: 

Hachibe lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a cross to the head.  
Dabengwa sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Hachibe lands a cross.  
Dabengwa attempts to land a right hook, but Hachibe slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Hachibe closes the distance and digs in a stinging right uppercut to his opponents body.  Hachibe holds on to his opponent.  Hachibe is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hachibe is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Hachibe pivots to the side of his opponent.  Dabengwa throws a right hook, but Hachibe clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Hachibe pushes his forearm into Dabengwa's face.  The ref breaks Hachibe's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Hachibe manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Hachibe lands two left hook's to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Dabengwa steps inside and throws a right hook, but Hachibe clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Hachibe pushes his forearm into Dabengwa's face.  The ref breaks Hachibe's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Hachibe tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hachibe gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Hachibe closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Hachibe lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Hachibe lands a cross to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a cross to the head.  
Hachibe digs in a right hook to Dabengwa's body.
