Santiago Tallon vs Ben Strachan

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Palladium Ballroom, Dallas,  taking place on 25/04/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Tallon (13(8) - 0) who hails from Acapulco, Mexico and Ben Strachan(10 - 7) from El Paso, USA.  Both Tallon and Strachan weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Henry Messer, and the three ringside judges are Johnny Cornejo, Brett Sproule and Noah Fergusson.  

Round 1: 

Tallon advances into close range and is on target with a firm right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Tallon holds on to his opponent.  Tallon leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Tallon is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left hook to Strachan's body.
