Anthony Cormack vs Ethan Friel

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at National Stadium, Dublin,  taking place on 08/05/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Irish-Leinster Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Setanta Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Anthony Cormack (8 - 3) who hails from Dundalk, Ireland and Ethan Friel(10 - 4(1) - 3) from Dundalk, Ireland.  Cormack weighed in at 239 pounds and 8 ounces, while Friel weighed in at 231 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Carl Lyons, and the three ringside judges are Shamus Quirke, Fionn Delaney and Michael Sloan.
