Xavier Tax vs Diego Alonzo

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Lienzo Charro Adolfo Lopez Mateos, Juarez,  taking place on 03/05/2025:

Clearly Hennessy Boxing have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Azteca, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xavier Tax (9 - 0 - 1) who hails from Puebla, Mexico and Diego Alonzo(10 - 0) from Mexicali, Mexico.  Both Tax and Alonzo weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Antonio Hermosillo, and the three ringside judges are Juan Juan, Juan Jaramillo and Marco Vasallo.
