Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Kano State promoted show at Kano Agoye, Kano,  taking place on 26/04/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aftab Akhter (12(2) - 4) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Azubuike Tor(11 - 1) from Kano, Nigeria.  Akhter weighed in at 126 pounds, while Tor weighed in at 125 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lukman Aderemi, and the three ringside judges are Efe Adadevoh, Rehan Pasha and James Obekpa.
