Daichi Morine vs Nori Yamazaki

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Tokyo International Forum, Tokyo,  taking place on 07/05/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Daichi Morine (1 - 11 - 2) who hails from Toyota, Japan and Nori Yamazaki(4 - 7 - 2) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Morine and Yamazaki weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yutaka Hirayama, and the three ringside judges are Hisoka Enomoto, Satoshi Fuse and Kyo Tsutsumi.  

Round 1: 

Yamazaki drives a right hook into Morine's body.  
Yamazaki steps away from his opponent and lands a cross.
