Shayan Basara vs Waqar Tabet

Boxing Daily Report from the Nashanian Promotions promoted show at Riyadh Baha, Riyadh,  taking place on 30/04/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Saudi Arabia-East Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shayan Basara (15(1) - 2) who hails from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Waqar Tabet(13 - 3 - 1) from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  Both Basara and Tabet weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bilal Abdelrahman, and the three ringside judges are Atif Ghaffari, Waqar Elkhouri and Amer Bagheri.
