Boxing Daily Report from the Amodako Promotions promoted show at Andrii Salykow Gym, Samarqand,  taking place on 02/05/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uzbekistan-Samarqand Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Asgar Omar (10 - 6 - 2) who hails from Samarqand, Uzbekistan and Georgiy Maiceew(12 - 6(2) - 1) from Samarqand, Uzbekistan.  Omar weighed in at 139 pounds And 10 ounces, while Maiceew weighed in at 139 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Afiq Shakir, and the three ringside judges are Ahmed Shariff, Mikhail Valihanow and Vasili Talgatckyzy.

It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Omar.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
