Jyrki Paasio vs Tarmo Lahtela

Boxing Daily Report from the Acquaah Promotions promoted show at Pirkkola Ball Hall, Helsinki,  taking place on 20/05/2025:

Clearly Acquaah Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jyrki Paasio (14 - 7) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Tarmo Lahtela(6 - 10 - 3) from Oulu, Finland.  Paasio weighed in at 200 pounds, while Lahtela weighed in at 199 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joonas Kivikoski, and the three ringside judges are Ahvo Maki, Oliver Laukkinen and Manu Kivinen.  

Round 1: 

Lahtela connects with a cross.  
Paasio walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Paasio throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
