Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 24/05/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Australia Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Darryl Albert (16 - 1(1)) who hails from Newcastle, Australia and Yasin Kakazai(9 - 1(1)) from Newcastle, Australia.  Both Albert and Kakazai weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mel Culp, and the three ringside judges are Billy Pryce, Corey Pait and Barry Forbes.
