Xeres Botero vs Konstantin á Tonkov

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at County Coliseum, El Paso,  taking place on 17/05/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xeres Botero (11(4) - 0 - 1) who hails from Tegucigalpa, Honduras and Konstantin á Tonkov(9 - 6(1) - 1) from Plovdiv, Bulgaria.  Both Botero and Tonkov weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Suit, and the three ringside judges are Chris Suit, Michael Toste and Mike Ruane.  

Round 1: 

Botero throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook to Botero's body.
