Zaky Sulayman vs Paul Elliott

Boxing Daily Report from the Otu Promotions promoted show at Las Vegas Blair, Las Vegas,  taking place on 04/05/2025:

Clearly Otu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Zaky Sulayman (1 - 0) who hails from Kenitra, Morocco and Paul Elliott(6 - 4(1) - 2) from Columbus, USA.  Both Sulayman and Elliott weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ollie Latta, and the three ringside judges are Danny Doctor, Will Cerezo and Bryan Florian.  

Round 1: 

Sulayman steps inside and throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Sulayman clinches his opponent.  Sulayman is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Sulayman attempts to land a right hook, but Elliott blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Sulayman lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Sulayman is on target with a right hook to Elliott's ribs.  Sulayman ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Sulayman pushes his forearm into Elliott's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Sulayman.  
Sulayman advances into close range and throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Sulayman ties up his opponent.  Sulayman is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Sulayman lands a cross.  
Sulayman connects with a right hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Sulayman dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Sulayman closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Sulayman advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Sulayman walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Sulayman digs in a right uppercut to Elliott's body.  
Sulayman throws a left hook, but misses the target.  Sulayman ties up his opponent.  Sulayman leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Sulayman's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Elliott's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Elliott's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
