Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at Geelong Arena, Geelong,  taking place on 05/05/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Corey Kelly (9 - 0) who hails from Perth, Australia and Matthew Newburn(14 - 8) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both Kelly and Newburn weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Travis, and the three ringside judges are Malcolm Hanken, Mark McBride and Johnny Elias.
