Mike Kinyonga vs Justin Ambe

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Mbaraki Sports Club, Mombasa,  taking place on 31/05/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the African Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WWX Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mike Kinyonga (16(11) - 1) who hails from Ruiru, Kenya and Justin Ambe(16(1) - 2(1) - 1) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Kinyonga weighed in at 130 pounds, while Ambe weighed in at 129 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jay Matiku, and the three ringside judges are George Waciuma, Tavon Wanga and Dembe Mutunga.
