Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City,  taking place on 24/05/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Americas Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on DAZN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Michael Abernethy (18(11) - 0) who hails from Jackson, USA and Rodrigo Candelaria(15(2) - 5) from San Miguel de Tucuman, Argentina.  Abernethy weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces, while Candelaria weighed in at 147 pounds.
