Diego Vilchis vs Alfonso Mier

Boxing Daily Report from the Pearlnew Promotions promoted show at Bayamon Siles, Bayamon,  taking place on 03/05/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Diego El asesino Vilchis (2 - 0) who hails from Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Alfonso Mier(3 - 8 - 1) from Camaguey, Cuba.  Vilchis weighed in at 140 pounds, while Mier weighed in at 139 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Venacio Toscano, and the three ringside judges are Jair Sebastian, Cuba Lugar and Venacio Toscano.
