Naeem Makasa vs Deiondre Nankabirwa

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Kasarani indoor arena, Nairobi,  taking place on 17/05/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Eastern African Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Naeem Makasa (9 - 2 - 1) who hails from Ndola, Zambia and Deiondre Nankabirwa(11 - 2) from Gulu, Uganda.  Both Makasa and Nankabirwa weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shaun Chelangat, and the three ringside judges are Sam Waiyaki, Faisal Shaheen and Manu Yator.
