Peter McCleary vs Alberto Bonatti

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Munster promoted show at Jury's Inn Cork, Cork,  taking place on 14/05/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the EU Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Peter McCleary (16(3) - 1 - 2) who hails from Limerick, Ireland and Alberto Bonatti(14(12) - 1) from Rome, Italy.  Both McCleary and Bonatti weighed in at 135 pounds.
