Joaquin Vigorito vs Jose Betances

Boxing Daily Report from the Burja Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Hernandez, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 17/05/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Vigorito (12 - 7(1)) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Jose Betances(8 - 6 - 5) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Vigorito weighed in at 115 pounds, while Betances weighed in at 114 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Lena, and the three ringside judges are Noe Justiniano, Joaquin Sahagun and Iago Portales.
