Mark Weatherspoon vs Ellis Huntley

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Guyana-North promoted show at GNS Sports Complex, New Amsterdam,  taking place on 20/05/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Guyana Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mark Weatherspoon (7 - 1 - 1) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Ellis Huntley(9 - 4 - 1) from New Amsterdam, Guyana.  Weatherspoon weighed in at 112 pounds, while Huntley weighed in at 111 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Blackstock, and the three ringside judges are Mel Norris, Chris Edmund and Dale Rankin.
