Rolf Hemesath vs Garin Strobeck

Boxing Daily Report from the Mbao Promotions promoted show at Garon Gernhardt Gym, Leipzig,  taking place on 20/05/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-Saxony Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rolf Hemesath (12(2) - 1) who hails from Leipzig, Germany and Garin Strobeck(8 - 0) from Leipzig, Germany.  Hemesath weighed in at 234 pounds, while Strobeck weighed in at 240 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lukas Gehman, and the three ringside judges are Niklas Kussman, Adelhard Hellmann and Geoff Strahm.  

Round 1: 

Hemesath steps inside.  Strobeck quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Strobeck throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Hemesath time to recover.
