Joaquin Grimaldo vs Baltasar Bandera

Boxing Daily Report from the Adabor Promotions promoted show at Villa Nueva Pasion, Villa Nueva,  taking place on 20/05/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Guatemala-Guatemala Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Grimaldo (11 - 5) who hails from Mixco, Guatemala and Baltasar Bandera(8 - 2) from Guatemala City, Guatemala.  Grimaldo weighed in at 112 pounds, while Bandera weighed in at 111 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jose Garcia, and the three ringside judges are Fausto Loya, Reynaldo Ruis and Orlando Arboleda.  

Round 1: 

Grimaldo finds the target with a jab.  
Bandera steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.
