Taro Murata vs Kaede Ishimoto

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Tokyo promoted show at Tokyo Sekiguchi, Tokyo,  taking place on 23/05/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Tokyo Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Taro Murata (12 - 1) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Kaede Ishimoto(6 - 6 - 2) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Murata and Ishimoto weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hisao Hatanaka, and the three ringside judges are Isamu Shibuya, Yasushi Shishido and Kaede Toyama.
