Cipriano Marron vs Ramiro Palomar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Distrito Federal promoted show at Mexico City Villaflor, Mexico City,  taking place on 26/05/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Distrito Federal Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cipriano Marron (12 - 7 - 3) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Ramiro Palomar(9 - 10 - 3) from Mexico City, Mexico.  Marron weighed in at 122 pounds, while Palomar weighed in at 121 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Luis Rico, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Gabaldon, Angel Salamanca and Lorenzo Coronado.  

Round 1: 

Marron throws a left uppercut, but is unable to find the target.  Marron holds on to his opponent.  Palomar is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Palomar to stop fouling.  
Palomar throws a left hook, but Marron clinches his opponent.  Palomar leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Marron steps to the outside and lands a cross.  
Marron is looking to close the distance.  Marron pivots from in front of his opponent.  Palomar drives a left hook into his opponents body.
